Born in Connecticut, he later attended the University of Virginia earning a B.A. in sociology. He was a four-year member of the Men’s Golf Team, where he served as a team captain.

Justin lives in Palm Beach Gardens with his wife, Rachael, and their two daughters. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends, traveling, cooking, and serves on the board of directors of the Palm Beach Golf Association.
